How to Measure Your Wrist
- Use a soft measuring tape, or wrap a string or strip of paper around your wrist (where you would normally wear a bracelet).
- Mark where the ends meet to form a full circle.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in centimeters — this is your wrist circumference.
