No Returns or Exchanges (Made-to-Order Policy)

All pieces are handcrafted after your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Personal preference

Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure about anything, feel free to email us. We're happy to guide you before you order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.

Refunds (If Approved)
