Jewelry Care Tips

Kaparti pieces are made with a blend of recycled silver and upcycled ceramic. They are delicate by nature and deserve thoughtful care. Here are a few ways to keep your piece looking its best:

  • Avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, or cleaning agents.
  • Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
  • Store it in a dry place, ideally in its original pouch or box.
  • Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.

Let your jewelry rest in between wears—just like we all need a pause sometimes.
Repairs & Warranty

We’re committed to lasting craftsmanship and customer care.

6-Month Warranty (Free)
We offer free repairs within 6 months for:

  • Production-related defects
  • Broken clasps or jump rings
  • Loose ceramic settings
  • Tarnishing beyond normal wear

This does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Scratches or fading from regular wear
  • Lost or stolen items

To request a repair, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and any damage

We’ll guide you from there.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please visit our Refund & Return Policy for the correct steps within 7 days of delivery.
Lifetime Re-plating Service

Silver naturally oxidizes and darkens with time, but we’ve got you covered.

We offer lifetime re-plating for just €10 per session, so your jewelry can continue to shine like new, again and again.

No longer wearing your piece? Let it become part of something new.

Through our Return to Renew program, you can send your jewelry back to us. We’ll responsibly reuse its materials in future creations and you’ll receive a small credit toward your next Kaparti piece.
